Building Enclosure Project Manager
to join its Atlanta office. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who excels in building science and enclosure systems, and who can also lead projects with confidence and precision. Role Overview:
This is a
technical consulting role
with integrated
project management responsibilities . The successful candidate will deliver expert guidance on enclosure systems while managing project execution, client relationships, and team coordination. Key Responsibilities: Lead technical design and consulting for building enclosure systems including façades, roofing, waterproofing, and air/vapor barriers. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and team coordination across multiple projects. Serve as the primary technical and managerial point of contact for clients, architects, and contractors. Conduct forensic investigations, performance assessments, and peer reviews. Mentor junior staff and contribute to technical development within the Building Enclosure team. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Active Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) license is required. Minimum of 7 years of experience in building enclosure design, consulting, or related technical work. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
