Sales Consultant . Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, seeking Sales Consultants who deliver world-class service to every guest, every time. As a Sales Consultant, you will connect guests to what matters most by executing Victra's sales process and sharing product knowledge. You will be the face of Victra and have the opportunity to control your career in one of our retail stores. Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals. Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues. Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it. Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need. Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple. Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. Assist with merchandising and operational functions. One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. At least 18 years of age Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions. Legally authorized to work in the United States Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 10 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Training Requirements: All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date.
