Litigation Associate – Scottsdale, AZ

Clark Hill is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join our Litigation business unit in the Scottsdale, AZ office. Candidates must have 2-4 years of litigation practice experience and an active Arizona Bar license. The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills: Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills Experience working with e-discovery software Strong academic credentials Detail-oriented and organized with a solid work ethic Strong interpersonal and communication skills The base salary range for this role is $155,000 - $165,000 with bonus opportunity, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.
