Our client is currently seeking a
Vendor Manager Hybrid 3 days a week onsite Responsibilities Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned vendors, ensuring delivery against performance, service, and contractual commitments. Lead and facilitate governance meetings (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews, executive sessions) with clear outcomes and accountability. Build and maintain strategic and operational relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders across finance, risk, compliance, procurement, and executive leadership. Drive vendor performance aligned with strategic objectives, including innovation, continuous improvement, and cost optimization. Monitor and manage vendor KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations to ensure consistent value delivery. Collaborate with VMO team members to enhance vendor management policies, standards, and procedures. Support audit and compliance activities related to vendor oversight. Escalate and resolve complex vendor issues, maintaining issue trackers and driving resolution. Develop and maintain vendor scorecards and performance reporting for senior leadership. Mentor junior VMO team members and contribute to team development. Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of experience in vendor management, strategic sourcing, or related fields. Proven success in managing strategic vendor relationships and driving performance. Strong facilitation skills for governance meetings and executive-level engagement. Deep understanding of contractual, commercial, and operational dynamics with global service providers. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels. Analytical skills to assess vendor performance and identify cost-saving opportunities. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with attention to detail. Field of study in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or related discipline. Certifications such as SRM, COP, PMP, CPSM, CSMP, CSCP, or CPSD. Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint. Experience with vendor governance tools (e.g., Sirion), ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion), and contract lifecycle management platforms (e.g., iCertis).
