Direct the strategic vision and initiatives for financial risk modeling Lead and inspire teams to develop and validate advanced econometric and AI/ML models Drive business growth through innovative client engagement strategies Mentor and cultivate future leaders within the organization Oversee multiple complex projects, aligning with client needs Foster executive-level relationships to enhance client satisfaction Promote a collaborative environment where technology and people excel Uphold the firm\'s standards of quality, integrity, and inclusion What You Must Have
Bachelor\'s Degree 9 years of experience What Sets You Apart
Doctor of Philosophy in Applied Mathematics, Econometrics, Economics, Financial Mathematics, Mathematical Economics, Mathematical Statistics, Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, or Statistics preferred Demonstrating thought leadership in econometric and AI/ML models Leading complex projects and developing new opportunities Excelling in business development within consulting Proficiency in econometric/statistical and machine learning modeling Proficiency in Python, SAS, R, SQL, and Excel/VBA Leading and mentoring geographically dispersed teams Building reliable client relationships and identifying client needs Benefits and Additional Information
The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual\'s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
