We're looking for a versatile
Motion Designer / Art Director
that combines strong visual design skills with expertise in motion graphics. The
Motion Designer / Art Director
role sits in the
Global Brand team , where you'll collaborate with creatives across video, design, and brand experience. You'll help shape the look and feel of our brand storytelling through videos, product explainers, and digital campaigns. As part of a growing SaaS company, you'll partner with writers, producers, marketers, and product experts to craft engaging, design-driven content that connects with audiences across web, social, and events. Responsibilities
Conceptualize, design, and animate brand assets for a variety of video projects, including explainers, product demos, launch videos, and brand campaigns and experiences. Create world-class motion graphics that reflect the company's visual identity and bring abstract SaaS concepts to life. Support the development of design systems, toolkits, and templates to ensure consistency across projects. Work closely with creative leads, copywriters, and producers to storyboard ideas and define visual approaches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. product, marketing, events) to deliver creative assets that align with strategic goals. Contribute fresh ideas for increasing engagement through motion. Inspire with trend-aware insight, bringing innovative techniques and styles to our video & motion storytelling. Qualifications
7-10 years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or related creative roles (agency or in-house). Strong portfolio showcasing both
motion graphics
and
static design
work, ideally for technology or SaaS brands. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; familiarity with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D tools a plus. Aesthetic command of design fundamentals: typography, color, layout, and composition. Experience creating for multiple formats (social, web, events, broadcast). Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills. Nice-to-Haves
