– St. Paul, MN Compensation: $60,000 Base + 10% Monthly Commissions Schedule: 100% Onsite | Monday–Friday | Travel to client sites Location: St. Paul, MN About the Opportunity

Our client is a fast-growing food distribution company known for its family-like culture and strong reputation for taking care of both employees and customers. They’re looking for an experienced Territory Business Manager to grow sales, nurture client relationships, and support the company’s continued expansion. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who enjoys both relationship-building and using data to drive growth. You’ll have ownership of your territory, identify new opportunities, and directly impact revenue, with uncapped commission potential. What You’ll Be Doing

Present, promote, and sell company products to current and prospective customers. Conduct needs and benefit analyses to recommend tailored solutions. Analyze sales data and customer insights using tools like Tableau to uncover growth opportunities. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets (KPIs). Build and maintain positive relationships across diverse markets. Prospect and generate leads through outreach and cold calling. Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Identify opportunities for new product placement and off-shelf displays. Ensure planogram compliance for mainstream accounts. Provide management with updates on customer needs, competitive activity, and potential opportunities. Stay informed on industry trends, promotions, and best sales practices. What They’re Looking For

2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets. Food and Beverage Experience with CRM platforms Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using Excel and order entry systems. Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused. Experience with merchandising and pipeline management. Bi-lingual (English/Arabic/Turkish) a plus.
