CLYDE is seeking rising stars to join our award-winning communications agency as part of our January–June 2026 Fellowship cohort. This position is based in the Washington, DC office. CLYDE is an impact agency focused on helping clients succeed through earned, owned, and paid media programs, creative solutions, and smarter, informed strategies. Responsibilities

Fellows play a crucial support role on 3 to 5 client accounts. Contribute to content creation, research, and creative tasks across the agency. Engage in a professional development curriculum with training in technical skills and industry tools, résumé and cover letter writing workshops, and interview coaching. Receive mentorship from across the organization at every level. Qualifications

Excellent writing and grammar skills Some understanding of, or experience in, public relations or public affairs Proven time management and organizational skills Interest in pitching reporters with client stories Basic understanding of digital communications (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) Strong appetite for news and industry trends, politics, and policy Ability to work with a cross-functional, integrated team Commitment to uphold high ethical standards Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment Respect for a culturally diverse team Ability to work 40 hours per week Ability to work from the DC office at least two days per week Compensation & Logistics

The hourly rate for the Fellowship program is $17.50. This position is based in the Washington, DC office with in-person work required at least two days per week. About CLYDE
