Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability Understand and proactively manage risk, compliance and regulatory affairs for products owned Create commercialization process to identify, track, and report on productivity of past, current, and future product development and investments Evaluate external trends spanning payments, industry verticals, and technology disruption with the goal of identifying emerging opportunities Lead client, sales, and industry workshops with the goal of identifying and evaluating unique industry workflow needs, client pain points, and evolving client needs Complete in-depth analysis of direct and indirect competitive landscape and deliver recommendations spanning learn, build, and buy Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management 7+ years of relevant experience Change agent – make a passionate case for change through facts, strong communication style, and deep understanding of audience Relationship builder and Client advocate – invest in developing collaborative relationships with key internal and external partners; delight clients across all touch points through deep understanding of commercial clients and their emerging needs Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization Payments expert - strong point of view on the future of payments informed by experience and thought leadership About Us
