We're looking for a proven Senior Manager, PM-T to lead the product vision, strategy, roadmap, innovation and execution of one or more products that keeps Amazon business compliant with Sanctions laws. Our ideal candidate will have a deep product management background, experience in owning products with high impact and defining short and long-term product strategy and vision.
Key responsibilities include:
Own the product strategy, roadmap, and requirements to shape and invent our product offering.
Work backwards from the customers and set multi-year product vision.
Establish product strategy, goals and investment plans.
Oversee product development, including research, requirements definition, metrics analysis, and launch efforts.
Work closely with engineering, design, Machine learning science, and Operations in an agile environment to deliver products to customer.
Influence stakeholders and senior leaders through strong written communication skills.
A day in the life: Our mission is to prevent sanctioned entities from transacting with Amazon businesses. We build real-time screening platform to detect and prevent prohibited transactions with the sanctioned entities using a complex custom built matching algorithms leveraging machine learning.

Requirements:
6+ years of team management experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment
