Division Director of Pediatric Neurology . This is an exceptional leadership opportunity for a visionary and collaborative physician to shape the future of pediatric neurology in a premier academic institution in which neuroscience is a priority research focus. As Division Director, you will lead an accomplished and cohesive team with wide expertise, dedicated to clinical excellence, innovative research, and outstanding education. You will have the opportunity to elevate every facet of the division’s work—expanding subspecialty programs, fostering high-impact research, and mentoring and sponsoring talented faculty. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership : Guide the clinical, educational, and research missions of the division in alignment with departmental and institutional goals. Career development : Serve as a mentor, sponsor, and role model to faculty, fellows, residents, and students. Clinical Excellence : Oversee the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based neurological care. Advance programs that support interdisciplinary collaboration and patient-centered innovation. Educational Leadership : Oversee excellent fellowship and resident training programs, ensuring a dynamic learning environment that meets accreditation standards and fosters continuous professional development. Research Advancement : Promote a culture of discovery by supporting faculty research, identifying funding opportunities, and encouraging collaborative and translational Administrative Oversight : Manage the division’s budget, personnel, and strategic Ensure the efficient use of resources and the highest standards of patient safety and quality improvement. Qualifications
