part-time Nurse Manager

to support our Float Pool/Staffing team. This is a job-share role, working

2–3 days per week , with responsibilities including oversight of contracts, agency staff, staffing operations, and expansion of our float pool. The ideal candidate will bring

nursing supervisor and staffing experience , strong organizational skills, and familiarity with UKG (preferred). Sibley Memorial Hospital is a non-profit, full service 318 bed acute care community hospital serving the Washington, DC area. Sibley offers medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetric, oncology, orthopaedic, skilled nursing inpatient services, and a state-of-the-art 24-hour Emergency Department. Responsibilities and Requirements

The successful candidate will have: Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the District of Columbia. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required, Master's preferred. Minimum of three years’ experience in hospital nursing with demonstrated leadership abilities. Beginning level management experience preferred. Knowledge of leadership principles and demonstrated skills in area of practice. Current CPR Certification required. What We Offer
