Nuvia Dental Implant Center . For this position, the Restorative Doctor role focuses on All-on-X treatment with fixed and removable prosthodontic experience. The location is Ft. Myers, FL. Nuvia Dental Implant Center is a multi-location dental group with a strong emphasis on patient care and innovative solutions. Compensation
Hours are full time, 4-5 days a week. Compensation is a base salary plus a percentage of production. Typical earnings: Year 1 up to $500k, Year 2+ up to $550k, with top performers exceeding $485k. Responsibilities
Diagnose and treatment plan All-on-X cases. Provide patient education on treatment options. Collaborate with Prosthodontists, General Dentists, and Oral Surgeons to complete All-on-X treatment. Deliver high-quality execution of all phases of prosthetic treatment. Build rapport with patients and staff to ensure a cohesive office workflow. Deliver prosthetics to the standards established by the practice. Review patient information and cone beam CT scans to diagnose and plan All-on-X treatment. Create preoperative prosthodontic plans and coordinate with treating surgeons. Check in during surgeries to provide prosthodontic guidance. Gather records post-surgery and create lab prescriptions; deliver next-day permanent restorations where applicable. Conduct follow-up appointments to monitor outcomes. Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited dental school (DDS/DMD) required. Certificate in Prosthodontics from an ADA-accredited program, or equivalent experience. Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Florida. DEA registration. Current ACLS and BLS certification. Ability to maintain professional malpractice insurance. All-on-X restorative treatment experience. Extensive removable prosthodontics experience. Implant planning on CBCT. AEGD/GPR/Prosthodontics residency training. Benefits
