Description Clinicians are responsible for meeting monthly productivity goals and completing their notes in accordance with agency policy. Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children and adolescents. Develop, implement, and update treatment plans based on client needs and in alignment with OMH regulations. Provide ongoing individual, group, and family psychotherapy using evidence-based practices. Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation of clinical services in the electronic health record (EHR). Engage parents and caregivers in the treatment process through regular communication and psychoeducation. Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews, supervision, team meetings, and professional development trainings. Coordinate care with school staff, external providers, case managers, and referral sources. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed to achieve measurable outcomes. Support interns and junior staff as needed under supervision guidelines. Ensure adherence to all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position. Services may be delivered in-person at the clinic or via telehealth, based on program needs. Flexibility in scheduling. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution required. Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or equivalent in the state of New York required. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably with children and adolescents required. Experience working within a school-based environment or educational setting required. Proven track record of developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. Strong understanding of child and adolescent development and mental health disorders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and school staff. Ability to conduct assessments and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Proficiency in maintaining detailed and accurate clinical documentation. Capacity to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. Sensitivity to cultural differences and ability to work with diverse populations.
