Senior Technical Product Manager at ReBet This position is onsite at our Boston HQ located next to South Station. Responsibilities
Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals. Work with the entire development organization (Project Manager, Product Managers, Software Engineers, QA Engineers, and Designers) to ensure quality product delivery. Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user needs. Partner with engineering to evaluate tradeoffs, dependencies, and architecture decisions. Understand system constraints, APIs, and data flows to ensure realistic scoping. Lead and mentor junior team members. Contribute to defining non-functional requirements (scalability, security, performance). Qualifications
Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals (APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, microservices). Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, CI/CD) - JIRA. Comfort with technical documentation (ERDs, sequence diagrams, API specs). Experience with analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, SQL, etc.). Excellent communication (technical and non-technical). Analytical and data-driven decision-making. Strong problem-solving and prioritization in ambiguous environments. High adaptability and resilience in fast-moving, scaling organizations. Details
