Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
Auxiliary Digital is looking for a full-time Executive Assistant to support our CEO in running a fast-growing AI and software consulting firm. This role is focused on keeping the CEO aligned on high-impact goals—managing the calendar, coordinating communications, and acting as a gatekeeper so the right priorities get the right attention. This is more than a traditional assistant role: you’ll be a trusted partner in ensuring priorities stay on track, while gaining exposure to how a modern AI-native consulting firm operates. For the right person, there is a clear path to grow into a Chief of Staff position with broader responsibility for operations and strategy. What You’ll Do: Executive Flow:
Own the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and schedule. Proactively manage priorities, block focus time, and anticipate needs. Gatekeeping:
Act as the first point of contact for clients and team members. Manage requests and ensure the CEO’s time stays focused on what matters most. ADHD-Friendly Support:
Enable the CEO to maintain focus on high-impact initiatives through encouragement, energy-building, and mindful awareness of capacity limits. Accountability:
Track commitments, follow-ups, and action items. Provide reminders and keep initiatives moving forward. Travel & Events:
Coordinate logistics for major workshops, client events, and conferences, with travel up to 25%. Confidential Access:
Manage sensitive communications, including direct access to email and company information. Learning Curve:
Immerse yourself in how Auxiliary Digital operates. Learn about AI, consulting workflows, and the mechanics of running a software firm. Who You Are: Warm, Understanding, and Patient
— especially with ADHD dynamics. You know how to encourage focus without adding pressure. Proactive & Organized
— you anticipate needs, structure priorities, and stay one step ahead. Adaptable Learner
— you don’t need prior AI or consulting experience; you’re curious and eager to learn. Subtle but Strong Communicator
— you know when to gently guide and when to assert boundaries. Trustworthy & Discreet
— you’ll handle sensitive emails, calendars, and company information with complete professionalism. Bonus Points: Experience supporting executives with ADHD or other neurodiverse leaders. Exposure to startups, consulting firms, or high-growth environments. Strong writing and communication skills (email drafting, meeting notes, coordination). Growth Path:
This role starts with executive support but is designed to evolve. Over time, you’ll have opportunities to take on broader responsibilities in operations, team coordination, and strategic initiatives—progressing toward a Chief of Staff role as the company scales. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary (commensurate with experience; open to junior or senior EA backgrounds) Travel up to 25% Direct mentorship in AI, software consulting, and executive leadership Opportunity for growth into a Chief of Staff role Apply if:
You’re energized by fast-paced startup environments, skilled at keeping leaders focused on high-impact goals, and excited to grow alongside a team building the future of AI-driven consulting
