A privately held real estate investment and management firm is seeking a Capital Markets Supervisor to support debt and equity financing activities across a growing portfolio of residential and development assets.
Overview
This role will oversee financial modeling, lender and investor reporting, and execution of capital markets transactions.
Responsibilities
Support structuring, negotiation, and execution of debt and equity financings Prepare and maintain detailed financial models for acquisitions, developments, and recapitalizations Manage lender and investor reporting requirements, including covenant compliance Assist with refinancing, loan modifications, and new credit facilities Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform financing strategies Collaborate with accounting, asset management, and development teams to provide capital markets insights Develop and implement processes to streamline reporting and improve accuracy Supervise and mentor junior staff involved in capital markets and financial analysis Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 4+ years of experience in real estate capital markets, investment banking, or related finance role Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Knowledge of real estate financing structures (construction loans, permanent debt, credit facilities, JV equity) Familiarity with loan agreements, covenant tracking, and compliance Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills; Argus or similar software a plus Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred Compensation
