We are seeking a skilled Messaging Engineer to join our team and contribute to the management, security, and optimization of our Microsoft Exchange Online Email and Mobile Device Management (MDM) environments.
This role involves designing, maintaining, and securing messaging systems to ensure high availability and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise in hybrid Exchange configurations, PowerShell scripting, and cloud-based messaging solutions to support our organization's communication needs.
Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr Requirements:
Extensive experience with Microsoft Exchange Online and hybrid setups Strong knowledge of Active Directory and DNS architecture Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation Familiarity with cloud and on-premises messaging eDiscovery processes Understanding of Microsoft Teams and MDM using Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills Strong technical writing and documentation abilities Responsibilities:
Architect, monitor, and optimize Microsoft Exchange Online infrastructure Ensure secure and reliable messaging systems Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Exchange servers within hybrid environments Resolve message delivery and security issues Develop PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks Migrate on-premises Public Folders, Shared Mailboxes, and distribution groups to cloud solutions Provide expert-level support for email and mobile device issues Collaborate with Applications Support teams to resolve system concerns Regularly update and patch messaging servers Design disaster recovery protocols for messaging systems Execute eDiscovery operations as required Benefits:
