The Role
We are seeking an
Investor Relations Associate
to join our team. This individual will support all aspects of investor communications, client service, and fundraising across our open- and closed-end funds. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a growing platform, gaining exposure to institutional and high-net-worth investors, as well as the affordable housing sector. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain investor materials, including pitch decks, fact sheets, quarterly reports, and ad hoc requests. Manage ongoing communications with existing investors, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of fund updates. Support fundraising efforts, including coordinating roadshows, investor meetings, and due diligence processes. Assist in tracking prospective investor pipelines and CRM database management. Collaborate with investment, compliance, and finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of investor reporting. Conduct market and peer research to support capital raising initiatives. Qualifications: 1–4 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or client service within private markets, real estate, or asset management. Strong communication and writing skills; ability to distill complex information for investors. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Comfort with Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
