$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Job Summary We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and help execute creative, data-driven campaigns that move our mission forward. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the digital space, enjoys experimenting with AI tools, and wants to contribute ideas while also managing execution. You’ll support the Marketing Manager by owning digital channels (website, social, email), producing marketing materials from templates, and helping communicate our value to clients. Manage and update the company website (WordPress) to ensure accuracy and brand alignment. Develop, schedule, and monitor content across social media platforms. Support proposal responses, client-facing deliverables, and sales enablement materials. Create and edit marketing collateral (presentations, case studies, brochures) using existing templates. Experiment with and integrate AI tools to streamline marketing processes and content development. Assist in planning and executing campaigns across digital channels, including social, email, and advertising. Track campaign performance using analytics tools; report insights and recommendations to convert more viewers to trackable leads. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing aligns with business objectives. Provide occasional event and tradeshow support. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2–3 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing. Proficiency with social media platforms, WordPress, and Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, etc.) and interest in emerging technologies. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized; able to manage multiple projects at once. Preferred Experience
Marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or similar). Content creation and design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva). Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact). Prior office or corporate environment experience. Pay Rate
