Yes Job Description: Targeting Analyst, Sr Our work depends on a Senior Targeting Analyst, to serve in support of defense analytical requirements for a Combatant Command (CCMD), Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC). HOW A SENIOR TARGETING ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Conduct targeting analysis and functions in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) policies, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) Manuals/Instructions, and USCENTCOM standards. Conduct all-source intelligence research and analysis to perform basic, intermediate, and advanced target development in support of lethal and non-lethal engagements. Conduct collateral damage incident research and reporting. Compose database-relevant remarks for Electronic Target Folders (ETFs). Conduct Collateral Damage Estimation (CDE) and generate required graphics. Develop and refine target planning documents and perform target list management Edit and provide input on DoD and USCENTCOM policies regarding targeting. Provide recommendations for target prioritization and support target vetting and validation processes Assist in the development of Target System Analysis (TSA) Compile and present visual depictions of target intelligence to aid senior decision-makers. Manage target databases, including nominations, reviews, updates, deletions, and graphic uploads. Provide subject matter expertise (SME) support for training events and requirements. Contribute recommendations to CJCS Manuals/Instructions, USCENTCOM policies, and SOPs. Prepare and present briefings for Target Validation, Joint Target Working Group, and Joint Target Coordination Board. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Security Clearance Level: TS / SCI, with polygraph eligibility. US Citizenship Required Desired Education / Experience:
Master’s degree with 8 yrs related experience or Bachelor’s degree with a total of 12 yrs experience as a substitute to the Master’s degree. At least a portion of your experience must be in the last 2 yrs. Required:
Familiarity with DoD and CJCS targeting policies, procedures, and databases. Experience conducting target development and Collateral Damage Estimation (CDE). Preferred:
