Our growing team is hiring a Project Manager. This is an experienced position involving exciting, challenging, and complex assignments with opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and will have 8+ years of experience in design of structural projects. On our team, you will have the opportunity to work on various infrastructure projects for CTDOT, local municipalities and private clients. You will regularly interact and coordinate design efforts across multiple projects and disciplines. This position will report to our Glastonbury office on a scheduled cadence. The Impact You Will Have
Assist in the preparation of SOQs, proposals, and contracts Research local/state regulations as they pertain to projects Making presentations before elected officials and advisory boards, attending conferences, and participating in interviews Oversee technical analysis within a variety of specialist areas such as load ratings, bridge design, and finite element analysis Responsible for project management, including cost control, project budget control, and quality assurance/quality control Direct and manage the budgeting and execution of projects including the supervision of assigned staff and subcontractors What We Are Looking For
B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field PE License in CT required Experience with CTDOT preferred 8+ years of experience related to structural engineering Excellent communication, strong written, oral, and client relation skills, experience interacting with clients, agencies, and other project stakeholders Strong organization and leadership skills Ability to work independently and develop task deliverables in a complete and reviewable manner Compensation and Benefits
The expected compensation range for this position is $124,000 - $155,000 USD. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on numerous factors, including but not limited to individual education, qualifications, prior work experience, and geographic location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary, overtime, and bonuses. Professional Development
