Associate Creative Director - Art
As our Associate Creative Director-Art, you will… Embark on a dynamic creative journey as you collaborate with your copy partner to ideate game-changing concepts, craft brands, and execute stunning designs for print and digital communications.
Responsibilities
Develop groundbreaking ideas for brands and organizations to make a meaningful impact in the industry Take on the role of a creative judge, offering constructive and actionable feedback to propel the team forward Deliver engaging presentations to clients, account leads, and creative mavens, bringing ideas to life Dive deep into brand goals, positioning, market dynamics, and competitors to gain a comprehensive understanding Infuse innovation into practices, inspiring the team and exploring new ways of thinking Collaborate with the production team, ensuring timely completion and dynamic presentation of work Stay in the loop with industry trends and technology, keeping the creative edge sharp Lead new business pitches from insight-gathering to strategic development, concept creation, and client presentations
Qualifications
8-10 years Art Direction experience within an advertising agency or creative department Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Visual Arts and/or equivalent experience Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Strong conceptual and visual storytelling abilities An online portfolio showcasing expertise in strong conceptual work

MERGE believes in transparency and equity. Salary ranges are included in job postings to ensure fair compensation practices. The salary range for this role is
$110,000 - $130,000 , based on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The pay range may be modified at any time. Work Model
MERGE offers a hybrid work model. In cities with office locations (Chicago, Denver, Atlanta, New York, Boston, Kansas City), employees are encouraged to come into the office 2 days a week where possible.
