$110,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Human Resources Business Partner – High-Growth Trading / Technology Environment Chicago, IL | Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote) Direct Hire | Reports to Global Head of Talent Management $110,000 – $120,000 base + performance bonus A leading global trading and technology firm is expanding its Talent Management function and seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support one or more fast-paced business units (e.g., Trading, Equities, Operations). This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role designed for an HR professional who thrives in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments and is ready to serve as a true strategic partner to business leaders. The ideal candidate brings 3–4 years of HRBP experience within a trading, hedge fund, fintech, or high-velocity financial services environment—someone who demonstrates both sophistication and agility. What You’ll Own Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and team leads on all aspects of talent strategy, performance, employee relations, and organizational planning Drive performance review cycles, coaching leaders through calibration and development plans Partner on succession planning, workforce design, and change management Support onboarding, career transitions, promotions, and internal mobility Coach leaders on employee relations, conflict resolution, and culture stewardship Collaborate cross-functionally with Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Global Mobility Contribute to HR process enhancement, leveraging analytics and insights to guide decision-making Who Thrives Here 3–4+ years as an HR Business Partner in financial services or trading Strong executive presence and business acumen — able to challenge and influence senior talent Proven success working in fast-moving, often ambiguous environments with high accountability Comfortable managing a mix of strategic dialogue and tactical execution Naturally curious, data-driven, and solutions-oriented Seniority level
