Associate Manager, Mall Marketing - Corporate Headquarters, NJ

Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr The Associate Manager, Mall Marketing is responsible for executing local marketing plans to increase stores traffic and sales by managing marketing within malls, OOH marketing, promotional events, community relations, partnerships, and digital/printed marketing efforts. Key Accountabilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive annual marketing plan, including retailer, community, and special events, aligned with the brand and mall\'s strategic objectives. Conduct market research to understand local economic trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies. Request and oversee the creation and execution of all advertising, promotional campaigns, social media content, and digital marketing initiatives. Coordinate and execute special events, promotions, and community-based programs designed to drive foot traffic and enhance the mall\'s public image. Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of mall marketing campaigns and programs, using data to make informed decisions and drive future strategy. Create, monitor, and report on the mall marketing budget, ensuring resources are used effectively to achieve goals and provide a measurable return on investment. Build positive relationships with tenants, community leaders, and B-2-B partners (sponsors) to foster collaborations and support mall initiatives. Manage the brand\'s presence on mall websites, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns. Create and curate engaging content to promote the brand through mall websites. Plan and execute media campaigns (print, OOH, digital). Support all new store openings with strategic grand opening marketing plans to create brand awareness. Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing focus preferred 3-5 years experience in Marketing roles specific to Retail with a proven ability to drive traffic to stores Proven creativity with a strong aesthetic sensibility and excellent visual merchandising skills Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop Highly proficient in Excel Competition and industry aware with a strong knowledge of the market Business Knowledge and Critical Skills

Strong ability to develop and execute marketing strategies Highly flexible and adaptable to quick pace environment Highly independent, self-motivated, flexible Ability to travel to support events Keen attention to detail and ability to multi-task Able to influence and motivate others Seniority level
