Overview
Civil Litigation Associate Attorney - Midlevel for a well-established Northeast litigation firm. The role is for an associate with at least 4 years of civil litigation experience to join a respected practice group known for trial work and professional liability defense. This is a hands-on role where you will manage your own caseload, take depositions, draft motions, and prepare for hearings and trials under the mentorship of experienced partners.

Practice Variety:

Key Responsibilities
Manage civil litigation matters from inception through trial.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda.
Conduct depositions and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials.
Provide strategic input and legal research to advance case strategy.
Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal team members.
Qualifications
JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar (federal court experience is a plus).
At least 4 years of civil litigation experience, preferably with trial exposure.
Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills.
Experience managing depositions, motion practice, and complex caseloads.
Self-starter with ability to work independently while collaborating effectively.
