The Associate Director of Data Analytics is a member of the Graduate Programs team, reporting to the Director of the Graduate School of Professional Accounting. The role includes managing data security, collection, maintenance, visualization, and analysis for graduate programs in the D’Amore-McKim School of Business, spanning Admissions, Advising, Career and Alumni activities in collaboration with those teams. The Associate Director assists with the admissions pipeline process and activities (driving inquiries to application) for the MS in Management, Graduate Certificates corporate programs, Full-time MBA, Part-time MBA, and other Master of Science programs (Finance, Business Analytics, Innovation, and International Management). The position supports data analysis and decision-making to improve admissions outcomes. The local MBA, MS, and Graduate Certificate programs are competitive; data-informed strategies are essential to increase quantity and quality of prospective candidates, applicants, admitted and enrolled students. The role contributes to raising the school’s visibility and rankings through effective admissions efforts. Other Responsibilities

Reviews applications and makes recommendations for admission to the Admissions Committee Communicates decisions to applicants including wait list status and scholarship decisions Interviews candidates Tracks decisions and updates applicant records in the CRM and admissions systems Plans and implements recruiting and yield events including open houses for admitted candidates Represents the school at recruiting activities (information sessions, program-specific sessions, on- and off-campus, virtual) including corporate visits and university events Recruits and coordinates student and alumni ambassadors Other assignments as needed Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or graduate degree in higher education administration preferred At least three years of experience, with preference for MBA or graduate admission and recruiting Professional presence and maturity in dealing with diverse audiences Knowledge of the graduate business school competitive environment Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, database management, and related tools Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail Creativity, flexibility, initiative, and ability to work in a team Willingness to travel and ability to work evenings and weekends as required Documents To Submit

Compensation Grade/Pay Type: 109S Expected Hiring Range: $66,850.00 - $94,427.50 Salary ranges are dependent on education, experience, location, knowledge, and skills and are subject to change. Seniority level
