Our client, an established private equity firm, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Corporate Development Analyst

to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in M&A, strategic investments, and corporate growth initiatives. The Analyst will support the client’s Corporate Development function across the full investment lifecycle — from market research and opportunity identification to financial modeling and transaction execution. The role offers close collaboration with experienced professionals across investment, strategy, and operations teams. Key Responsibilities Support all activities of the Corporate Development function at our client’s organization. Assist in the full lifecycle of M&A and investment opportunities, including research, due diligence, valuation, and integration. Help identify and evaluate acquisition targets based on strategic and financial criteria. Build and maintain financial models and analytical datapacks to evaluate business performance and investment potential. Conduct research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to support investment theses. Participate in due diligence calls and meetings with company management, advisors, and internal stakeholders. Help prepare internal investment memoranda, board presentations, and related documentation. Work collaboratively with investment and portfolio teams to assess opportunities that enhance the client’s capabilities, market reach, and strategic positioning. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (2026 graduates only). Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation concepts (coursework or training is sufficient). Excellent communication and writing skills. A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Internship experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or corporate finance is a plus, but not required.
