The Marketing Innovations Team at Agoda identifies & develops new marketing channels that have high growth potential. This department is highly creative, data-driven and focused on developing at-scale marketing programs that ensure Agoda’s leadership in the new & emerging channels. In this role, you’ll get to: Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda's new & emerging marketing channels Conduct end-to-end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data-driven decisions for channel growth Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using different techniques and tools such as SQL or Tableau Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management. What you’ll need to succeed: Extensive Experience: 5-7 years in Data Analyst position or otherwise in projects involving big data — preferably in the tech, e-commerce, or digital marketing industry. Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, translate data into actionable insights, and generate impactful recommendations. Innovative Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to tackle complex challenges in a non-linear fashion is essential. Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and verbal communication abilities, with proficiency in creating impactful and visually appealing presentations.
