We support community development organizations on the ground, aggregate and invest capital for impact, advance housing policy at every level of government, and build and manage communities ourselves. Join us as a Leasing Consultant at Edgewood Commons 635. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for marketing and leasing the property, ensuring a safe and attractive living environment for residents, exceptional quality and service, sustained resident satisfaction, operational efficiency, and strong financial results. Responsibilities
Consistently demonstrate the HEROES principles of being Helpful, Engaged, Responsive, Outstanding, Excellent and Successful in all activities and interactions. Implement sales and marketing activities to achieve occupancy goals. Ensure strict compliance with the Fair Housing Act and show and lease apartments. Interact routinely with residents and communicate effectively with residents, associates, management, and guests. Comply with Enterprise Residential’s policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements. Collect rents, monitor and manage delinquencies and collections, and maintain accurate records. Prepare, monitor, and distribute reports on operational and financial data. Promote resident services initiatives and drive efforts at the community level. Participate in and attend all required training sessions. Requirements
High School Diploma or G.E.D. Previous sales or leasing experience preferred. NCHM COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist) & TCS (Tax Credit Specialist) Certification or equivalent certification. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and follow-up skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read and understand policies and procedures, safety notices, and general business correspondence. Strong computer and keyboarding skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
