Senior Business/System Analyst – Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Cloud
About the Role
We’re seeking a
Senior Business/System Analyst
to lead requirements gathering and process optimization for a
Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Cloud transition
at a leading technology client. This role will drive discovery, documentation, and mapping of current and future processes, while incorporating
AI-driven improvements
to ensure the Revenue Cloud (RCA) solution aligns with business objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture CPQ processes and define RCA requirements.
Analyze end-to-end quote management processes, identifying inefficiencies and AI-enabled opportunities.
Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, use cases, and data mappings.
Partner with architects, developers, and AI SMEs to align requirements with RCA capabilities.
Validate solutions against business objectives and facilitate iterative feedback.
Identify risks in process transitions and recommend mitigations.
Benchmark CPQ implementations and design optimized RCA workflows.
Leverage
Generative AI
to accelerate requirements refinement and process design.
Maintain requirements documentation for full lifecycle traceability.
Act as liaison between US stakeholders and global delivery teams.
Qualifications
8+ years as a Business/System Analyst in software/tech projects, with 4+ years in Salesforce.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ; RCA/Revenue Cloud experience highly preferred.
Skilled in process modeling (BPMN, UML) and requirements tools (Jira, Confluence).
Proven ability to identify and deliver AI-driven process automation.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills with senior stakeholders.
Agile experience, distributed team collaboration, and executive reporting expertise.
Bachelor’s degree in Business/IT or related; CBAP or Salesforce BA certification a plus.
Desired Skills (Bonus)
6–8 years in AI/ML with 2+ years in Generative & Agentic AI.
Hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Google ADK.
Experience with RAG pipelines, agent-to-agent orchestration, and MCP servers.
Proficiency in Python/Java AI libraries, Kubernetes, SQL/NoSQL, and vector databases.
Chatbot development (Teams/Slack) and reinforcement learning/LLM fine-tuning.
