The ideal candidate is an early-career engineer with strong motivation and a genuine passion for advancing the frontier of AI research and development. They bring qualities that set them apart from their peers, which may include: BS or MS in Computer Science from a top school Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or similar languages Background in AI/ML, infrastructure, or systems engineering Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with high autonomy Strong side projects, open-source contributions, or startup work Bonus: founder or early-stage engineering experience Why Apply
