We are entering our next stage of growth and seeking our first Head of Marketing to lead this charge. The Role We are hiring our first

Head of Marketing

to build Cascade AI’s marketing function from the ground up. This is a foundational role at the ground floor of a category-defining company. You will: Collaborate closely with the CEO

to define and execute an integrated marketing strategy that balances short-term demand generation with long-term category storytelling. Build a high-velocity

demand generation engine

across our four core sales channels— Partnerships, Events, Inbound, and Outbound —to consistently generate qualified pipeline. Establish our

positioning, messaging, ICP, and use case grid , ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, partnerships, and product. Create compelling

content and thought leadership

(reports, blogs, social, webinars, newsletters) that elevate our market POV and move prospects from interest to intent. Drive

brand visibility

through strategic events, speaking opportunities, awards, and earned media, linking them to measurable lead capture. Refresh our

digital presence

(website, landing pages) and implement a scalable marketing stack (automation, analytics) to track performance and ROI. Build world-class

sales enablement content —collateral, decks, case studies—that accelerates deal velocity and improves win rates. What You’ll Achieve (6–12 Months) Implement and scale a lead generation engine

that reaches thousands of new target accounts monthly, converting to Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and revenue pipeline. Deliver pipeline from Partnerships and Events channels

while owning the

end-to-end demand generation framework , including building

sales enablement materials

that improve win rates and deal velocity. Launch and maintain a webinar series

to engage prospects and accelerate lead conversion. Publish quarterly thought leadership reports

on specialized AI in HR, anchored to lead-gen campaigns. Launch a consistent brand narrative and content cadence

(website, blog, events, press, social, newsletters, nurture) that positions us as a thought leader and keeps Cascade top-of-mind. Launch a nurture program

that re-engages dormant accounts and brings new opportunities back into the funnel. Complete a website refresh

to reflect updated messaging, value proposition, and visual identity. Implement a marketing analytics foundation

to track lead sources, funnel conversion, and CAC/LTV metrics across Partnerships, Events, Inbound, and Outbound channels. Secure press coverage and industry awards

to add third-party validation and credibility to our brand. What We’re Looking For 4–6+ years of progressive B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in enterprise segments. Proven ability to build both growth engines (demand generation, lead nurture, channel experiments) and narratives (messaging, brand, thought leadership). Strength in revenue/demand generation and solid product marketing fundamentals, with breadth to hire for your complement later. Strong analytical rigor (funnel metrics, CAC/LTV, attribution) and comfort with ABM and enterprise buying committees. Creative storyteller with sharp positioning instincts and ability to translate complex tech into compelling stories. Hands-on operator who thrives in fast-moving, early-stage environments.
