Dynatrace
Overview
Dynatrace is looking for a Principal Technical Marketing Manager to accelerate disruption of legacy log management and analytics. Reporting to the Senior Director of Technical Marketing, the role will work with a cross-functional team across marketing, product, sales, and services to support consolidation initiatives amongst large global enterprises. You will quantify the business value differentiation of the unified Dynatrace platform so large enterprise customers can plan migration KPIs and ROI as they transition significant log contracts from competitors to Dynatrace. You will work with several large Global System Integrators (GSIs) for practices standardized on the Dynatrace platform. You will coordinate, orchestrate, and deliver required assets across the product lifecycle—from solution validation to launch and post-launch enablement and growth—with responsibility for Log Management and Analytics technology differentiation, especially in support of customer AI-driven initiatives, ensuring that customers can deploy, monitor, and scale modern AI workloads leveraging unified telemetry (metrics, events, logs, traces, behavior, sentiment, etc.) built into Dynatrace Grail, our massively parallel processing data lakehouse. Responsibilities
Go-to-market planning: Create and deliver go-to-market plans for AI observability use cases, including LLM monitoring and optimization, and agentic AI orchestration. Messaging and positioning: Build differentiated messaging for AI-enabled observability, focusing on trust, reliability, and ethical performance of LLMs and agentic AI systems. Go-to-market activities: Coordinate across product management, marketing, and field teams to ensure AI and LLM observability updates reach stakeholders timely. Content development: Create product-related content for funnel stages—field enablement, pitch decks, whitepapers, webinars, blogs, and solution briefs—highlighting Dynatrace’s capabilities in monitoring AI technologies that support autonomous agent workflows. Sales enablement: Provide training on AI observability value propositions and competitive differentiation, with customer success stories. Competitive analysis: Partner with CI to assess the AI observability and agentic AI monitoring market landscape. Conference presence: Represent Dynatrace at AI/ML and observability industry events, delivering thought leadership on AI, LLMs, and agentic observability. Reporting: Collaborate on KPIs and goals for AI observability. What Will Help You Succeed
