Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of legal documents and correspondences. Conducting thorough depositions and witness interviews. Collaborating with the team to develop litigation strategies and manage case decisions. Conducting legal research and analysis to support case preparation and provide legal advice. Representing the company in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations. Assisting in the preparation of pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses. Ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations. Building relationships with clients and all involved parties. Maintaining current knowledge of changes in legislation that may affect the company and the industry. Qualifications
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Member in good standing with the local State Bar. Minimum of 3+ years of law firm litigation experience. Exceptional legal writing and research skills. Proficient in conducting depositions and witness interviews. Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and laws applicable to the Accounting + Finance industry. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
