About the Role:
The Audit & Assurance Program Manager will support a key technology client to strengthen its environmental, health, and safety (EHS) assurance framework. This role will support the client’s Global HSE GRC Program and work to improve existing audit programs while managing findings and corrective action plans (CAPAs) emerging from those audits.
What You’ll Do:
Support the development and implementation of EHS audit schedules and scopes for global and regional assessments
Drive the development of a system to oversee the complete lifecycle of audit findings and corrective action plans (CAPAs) from identification to closure and verification.
Develop and implement standardized EHS audit methodologies that are consistent with industry best practices
Develop and implement an integrated global framework for EHS assessment findings, connecting data across risk assessments, audit results, and risk treatment programs
Manage assurance data and identify data trends and insights to be leveraged by partner teams in risk assessment and performance management processes
Act as a global resource to team members on assurance activities, best practices, and logistical coordination
Develop and/or improve tools to support EHS assurance activities, such as risk matrices and root cause analysis programs
Provide data-driven recommendations on continuous improvement for global assurance and compliance programs
Provide project management and leadership support for significant EHS initiatives and/or emergencies, as needed
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in HSE or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of related experience is preferred.
Strong project management experience - PMP, CAPM, or other relevant certification preferred
Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
Broad demonstrated knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) processes, including how GRC elements interact with one another
Global HSE program experience preferred
Experience with HSE Management Systems preferred
Work both independently and collaboratively, exercising good reasoning skills
Develop positive relationships with teams and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to solve problems involving several options in a variety of scenarios.
Ability to drive decisions, lead meetings/strategy discussions, define priorities, and decide an appropriate course of action
