Director of Financial Planning and Analysis . This role is responsible for evolving the balance sheet forecasting process to drive improved consistency and accuracy across regions, while partnering with regional finance teams to standardize reporting and key KPIs. The FP&A Director will lead the consolidation and analysis of balance sheet forecast and global capex reporting to support capital allocation and working capital efficiency measures. Consolidation of balance sheet forecast in conjunction with monthly forecasts, semi-annual budgets, and annual 3-year financial plans Analysis of cash and working capital variances, with a focus on inventory Preparation of projected quarterly cash flow, including free cash flow summary Development of standardized global capex reporting and insights for monthly capex forum meetings Support for Board of Directors and investor presentations Requirements: 8+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis Experience analyzing balance sheet and cash flow statements Multi-national company experience preferred, with exposure to foreign currency analysis Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance Knowledge and experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and Oracle Essbase preferred Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Strong project management and team supervisory skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive, self-motivated, well-organized, and polished under tight deadlines Preferred Skills: Experience developing cash flow forecasts from scratch Strong presentation skills for executive-level and Board reporting Ability to standardize and improve financial processes across regions Assistance with systems and special projects as needed Compensation:
