The Commercial Director will be responsible for leading and executing the regional sales and commercial strategy. This includes expanding market share, building partnerships with distributors and racket centers, and increasing brand visibility across the Americas. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial and sales strategy for the region. Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with distributors, sports clubs, and retailers. Establish and strengthen relationships with racket centers, sports academies, and tournament organizers. Lead business development efforts to introduce products to new markets. Design and implement sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics. Work closely with marketing to localize campaigns and brand activations. Oversee pricing, promotions, and market positioning aligned with global strategy. Recruit, train, and lead a sales team as business scales in the region. Regularly report to HQ on progress, performance, and market insights. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of sales and business development experience (sporting goods or related industries preferred but not required). Strong network in racket sports communities (pickleball, padel, tennis). Proven track record of expanding sales into new regions. Excellent negotiation and leadership skills. Fluent in English and Spanish. Willingness to travel extensively (USA, Caribbean, Latin America). Seniority level
