This role performs period and quarterly closing processes and monitoring for the Local CDA Retail Trade team, providing support to Field Division Retail Directors and KAMs with a special focus on FIFO (Fall In/(Fall Out) activity. Responsibilities
Track and monitor Retail CDA activity for PBC Monitor and Escalate Closing of Expired CDA Programs Lead Quarterly FIFO Forecasting: coordinate meetings, lead reviews with Director of Trade Spend, and liaison with divisions to drive promo closures Partner with business to understand drivers of FIFO Support divisions in resolving TPM promo set-up issues Independently resolve questions & issues from the Divisions Work with cross-functional teams and leaders to drive trade related results Account reconciliation and analysis preparation Management of ad hoc requests and projects Identify process improvements and create efficiencies Process Journal Entries Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $69,900 - $117,000. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Accounting with 3+ years of basic knowledge and related experience (CPA a plus) Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic team environment Prior knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA a plus Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills Ability to identify, mitigate and monitor risk Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to learn and utilize multiple systems Ability to work with large amounts of data Ability to work independently, within a team, and cross-functionally Time management capability Systems:
