As our
Manager of Revenue Operations , you’ll play a critical role in shaping how we drive and measure revenue across the entire customer lifecycle — from first touch to renewal. You’ll own the systems, processes, and data that power our go-to-market teams, and work closely with leadership to translate strategy into execution. What You’ll Do: Build and optimize GTM processes:
Design, implement, and improve key revenue workflows — from lead routing and opportunity management to onboarding and expansion — with scalability in mind. Own revenue systems:
Administer and optimize our CRM, sales enablement tools, and marketing automation platforms. Evaluate and integrate new tools as needed. Drive reporting and insights:
Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs across the funnel: pipeline velocity, conversion rates, churn, CAC, LTV, and more. Turn data into actionable insights. Forecasting and planning:
Partner with finance and sales to support accurate pipeline forecasting, territory design, and quota planning. Improve cross-functional alignment:
Act as the connective tissue between go-to-market teams, and finance — ensuring process consistency and data integrity. Support strategic initiatives:
Help launch and operationalize new go-to-market initiatives (e.g., product-led growth motions, pricing changes, new segments). What You Bring: 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Business Operations — ideally in a B2B SaaS environment Experience managing CRM and RevOps tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, etc.) Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with large data sets and building dashboards in Salesforce Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence without authority Process-oriented with a bias for action and experimentation Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments where priorities shift quickly Devo is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
