Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes. Preferred qualifications: Experience in shaping, aligning, and driving UX narratives and programs to ensure cross-functional collaboration and measurable outcomes. Experience designing for developer-centered products, tools, or platforms. Experience partnering with UX Research to understand, inform, and validate product quality and usability. Experience with Figma for designing and extending large-scale design systems and component libraries. Ability to create and clearly communicate product experiences through prototypes and detailed design specifications. On the Ecosystem UX team as a Systems Designer, you'll design frameworks and components for user journeys across Workspace apps. AI will change the future of work in profound ways, and our products— Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar, Sheets, Vids and Meet are at the forefront. From pre-computed summaries for email threads, summaries for meetings, and videos created from a document using lifelike AI avatars, our AI opportunity is huge. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $151,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities: Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and First Party, Second Party, and Third Party partners to ensure consistent, supported user experiences across the Workspace product areas. Advocate for and deliver a high standard of craft and excellence. Apply user-centered principles and leverage an understanding of design systems and patterns to ensure quality and consistency across the Workspace landscape. Prioritize work while building and managing stakeholder relationships and expectations across a range of projects with varying scope and timelines. Build strong relationships with peers and leaders to reinforce cohesive, well-informed, and consistent UX across the entire Workspace organization.
