Technical Test Lead – SFDC, Java, Selenium
We are seeking a Technical Test Lead with experience in SFDC, Java, and Selenium. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test execution analysis and reporting, as well as experience with automation tools like QTP and Selenium. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty can be considered in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology Preferred Qualifications: 4 years of experience in test execution analysis and reporting 4 years of experience in SFDC CRM testing 1-2 years of experience in one or more scripting languages or automation tools like QTP, Selenium 2 years of experience with HP Quality Center, preparation of Test strategy and Test Design, Test case scripting for SFDC testing, test execution analysis and reporting Strong automation expertise, with hands-on experience in Java/Selenium Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, knowledge of Quality processes 2-3 years of experience with Test Deliveries in an onsite-offshore model and diverse stakeholder environment Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment Analytical skills Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
