Commercial Operations and Strategy Director – to support analysis and strategy on projects in the C&I Power and Gas team. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Strategy & Analytics and involves strategic financial analysis, business performance optimization, and long-term planning. Preferred qualifications include experience in management consulting, finance, and strategy, with CPA and CFA as useful credentials. Ability to identify issues or trends via analysis and provide improvement opportunities resulting in cost reduction, revenue optimization, and process improvements. Must be able to prioritize requests and ensure timeliness. Responsibilities
Providing thought leadership and execution support on client assignments to craft strategy and then refocus an organization on making that strategy a reality Consulting with clients to identify, clarify, and solve problems critical to clients\' strategic and operating success by developing insight, conducting independent analysis, and working with clients to assure assignment progress Developing conclusions and recommendations, writing reports, assisting in client presentations and providing implementation assistance as required Presenting to senior executives Constructing the analytical framework and work steps for each assignment, and leading the problem solving Conducting both client and market development to grow the business Performs other job-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree Experience: 10+ years Supervisor/Management Experience: 4+ years Preferred Qualifications
