Business Systems Analyst

Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Stamford, CT. Responsibilities Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff; Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables Assess impacts to the business, through the lens of the agent ordering and supporting the project, and the customer (ordering, support, comms, activation, reduce/limit call volume) Write and submit for approval business deliverables (such as but not limited to use cases, requirements, flow charts) for projects Present and review with VPs from multiple cross-functional teams Ensure that the business ask is adhered to and met at grooming and through onto development Work with PMO team to ensure that the project is kept on track and all stakeholders are kept up to date with project status and details Requirements Mobile/Telecomm background Experience with public speaking/handling groups/setting meetings Visio knowledge To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus The pay range for this role is $44.22/hr - $56.26/hr.
