Bachelor's degree in IT-related or Engineering field (or additional qualifying experience may substitute). Minimum 7 years in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming, with at least 4 years in a lead capacity. Minimum 7 years (within past 10 years) developing Java EE applications using: Java Server Page, Enterprise Java Beans, Java Message Service, Spring framework, Hibernate, Jasper Report, Java Persistence API 2. Minimum 5 years (within past 7 years) using JBoss Enterprise Application Platform. Minimum 7 years (within past 10 years) developing technical design documents. Minimum 5 years (within past 7 years) Java EE / PL/SQL experience. Minimum 3 years (within past 5 years) using Oracle 12c (or higher), developing/enhancing PL/SQL packages & procedures. Minimum 3 years (within past 5 years) providing mentorship, knowledge transfer, code review, and training to staff. Desirable Qualifications
Master's or Doctorate degree. 8 years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming, with at least 5 years in a lead capacity. 8 years of experience (within past 10 years) with Java EE applications using all frameworks/technologies listed in MQ3. 6 years (within past 7 years) using JBoss Enterprise Application Platform. 8 years (within past 10 years) developing technical design documents. 6 years (within past 7 years) Java EE / PL/SQL experience. 4 years (within past 5 years) Oracle 12c+ PL/SQL packages and procedures. 4 years (within past 7 years) mentorship, knowledge transfer, code review, training.
