Position Summary
We are seeking a
Sr. Coupa Solutions Architect
with strong technical expertise to design, implement, and optimize procurement solutions across Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Supplier Information Management (SIM). This role will focus on leveraging Coupa’s platform and integrating it seamlessly with existing business systems to support and enhance end-to-end procurement processes. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, implement, and maintain our client’s procurement platforms, with a primary focus on Coupa, to streamline operations and meet organizational objectives. Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for procurement applications, advising stakeholders on system capabilities, best practices, and implementation strategies. Administer user roles, permissions, and access rights across Coupa modules, following the principle of least privilege. Create, manage, and govern workflow configurations to ensure compliance with company policies and procurement guidelines. Oversee integrations between Coupa, ERP systems, and other critical business applications. Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high system availability and performance. Document system configurations, workflows, and administrative procedures to support training, governance, and change management efforts. Partner with procurement, finance, and IT teams to identify process gaps, recommend scalable solutions, and align systems with business strategy. Conduct unit testing and user acceptance testing to validate solution reliability and scalability. Coordinate with application vendors on upgrades, enhancements, and bug fixes in compliance with company maintenance policies. Develop and maintain SOPs for Coupa administration and related governance functions. Provide technical recommendations to ensure procurement platforms remain scalable across multiple facilities and business units. Foster strong cross-functional collaboration while maintaining data security and confidentiality in systems managing sensitive information. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a Coupa SME or in a similar role supporting procurement platforms. Strong understanding of procurement workflows, including CLM, P2P, and SIM. Expertise in system integrations, workflow configurations, and application administration. Demonstrated ability to document processes and contribute to user training programs. Proficiency in IT service management tools, troubleshooting methodologies, and vendor management. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across diverse teams. Familiarity with Agile or related methodologies in continuous service environments. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with ERP systems and other integrated procurement platforms. Certification in Coupa or equivalent procurement solutions.
