Sales and Profit: Infuse your passion for Claire's products into achieving retail store targets, fostering growth, and spreading the joy of self-expression; implementing strategies and promotions to drive traffic and increase sales. Memorable Shopping Experiences: Provide positive, inclusive customer interactions and help customers find pieces reflecting their unique personality. Piercing Excellence: Complete comprehensive training to become a piercing expert; conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address customer questions and concerns. Store Operations: Oversee operations with efficiency and flair, including inventory management, cash handling, visual merchandising, and coordinating promotional activities. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, manage, and develop your team; foster collaboration, motivation, and accountability to drive results. Brand Representation: Promote Claire's products with enthusiasm and maintain well-merchandised displays reflecting current trends and maximizing sales opportunities. About You
Sales-Driven Mindset: You thrive on meeting and exceeding sales targets and maximizing opportunities. Customer-Centric Approach: You are passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable shopping experiences. Retail & Leadership Experience: At least one year of retail management experience preferred, with a proven ability to drive sales and support team success. Confidence in Piercing Services: Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist and provide expert guidance to customers. Strong Communication & Selling Skills: You can engage customers, build relationships, and close the sale. Ability to Work Independently: You are self-motivated, organized, and can take charge when needed. Job Requirements
You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers. You are proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently. You hold a high school diploma or equivalent and have 1-2 years of retail management experience. You can stand for scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs). You can bend, stoop, extend reaching, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers. You are passionate about providing opportunities for customers to express themselves daily. You are energized by interacting with customers and strive to provide excellent service. You have strong verbal and written communication skills for interactions with customers, employees, and management.
