FMS Management Analyst, Senior with Security Clearance

We are currently seeking an FMS Management Analyst to support our San Diego, CA customer. Responsibilities

Supports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. Supports program requirements, program schedules and performs other related tasks in support of FMS pre-case, case execution, reconciliation and case closure activities, in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance. Assist the Program/Case Manager in the execution of all assigned program activities. Participate in meetings to support program objectives and the Program/Case Manager. Analyze program requirements, status, budget and schedules. Perform program management, technical, or business case analyses. Participate as a member of and/or support the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings. Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs for FMS requirements. Track program/project status and schedules; apply policies and procedures for financial planning. Required Experience and Education

Ten (10) or more years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. MA/MS degree required. Allowable substitution: Bachelor's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience may be substituted for a Master's. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements. About Precise Systems

Compensation is determined by education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $86,190.40 to 129,285.60 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is one component of our total compensation package.
