Partnering with the Community Manager to achieve property objectives Managing a team that adheres to Equity standards, handling resident service requests promptly and safely Assisting your team with performing various maintenance tasks and preparing market-ready apartments Financial reporting & following community budget, making recommendations for expense minimization Collaborating with the Property Manager on capital improvements and overseeing inventory control and fiscal responsibility Performing scheduled maintenance and preparing status reports Working schedule: Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm & Rotating emergency on call This role is based onsite — an apartment will be supplied with a 100% discount What'll Need To Thrive
Hands-on maintenance experience in areas including, but not limited to plumbing, electrical, appliance, boiler and HVAC/PTAC is necessary Management/Leadership experience - Managing and developing a team, driving performance to achieve results Experience managing a budget Residential or commercial property management High School diploma or equivalent Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws A valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation if operating a motorized vehicle during workday Computer literacy and effective communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively in English for all work-related purposes Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC PTAC equipment and perform interior repairs and painting Must be able to work any assigned shift, including weekends. May respond to emergencies after hours and on weekends when on call Physical ability to perform activities such as standing, walking, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and other related tasks Service team employees should typically use their own smartphone for certain job aspects; device must be updated and secure Bonus Qualifications

$32.71 - $39.98 / hour The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. Seniority level
