A well-established and growing general contractor based in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and take ownership of a high-profile multifamily housing project. $60 million . Podium-style structure : two levels of steel-framed garage podium with wood-frame construction above. Project is entering the framing stage, offering the incoming PM the opportunity to take full ownership from a pivotal point forward. Key Responsibilities Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination. Collaborate closely with field leadership (Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent) and an assigned Assistant PM. Maintain strong client and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle. Drive project delivery to meet or exceed safety, quality, and budgetary goals. Lead with accountability, ensuring project team alignment and performance. What We’re Looking For Experience in construction project management, ideally with multifamily or wood-frame experience. Proven ability to manage projects independently without micromanagement. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
